Returns

I only accept returns if the item was damaged. Please email me with photos and an explanation of why you wish to return the item. No returns will be accepted without my prior consent; you must contact me first.

Shipping

I ship worldwide using the Portuguese postal service or carriers like DHL, FedEx, and others. Each item is carefully and securely packaged, and I can also provide insurance when using a shipping company. Shipping always includes a tracking number.
