We accept returns only if the item was damaged during shipping. or we did some awful mistake in creating the item. In case you want to return please email us here with all the data and evidence (images) and we will get back to you asap. Please do not return without our agreement. Return shipping will be paid for by you. We are very oriented towards giving excellent service to our clients and we will do whatever is possible for us to make you and keep you happy.

We usually ship via the Portuguese Post (CTT), and in case of urgency or a heavier load, then we use DPD shipping.

Both carry a tracking number, and DPD carries insurance for the item and delivery.
